He was awarded the Medal of Commendation by the Government of Singapore in 2010, for excellence in employee relations during this challenging period. He has also been honoured at the Forbes India Leadership Awards 2017 as the Best CEO in the Multinational category. He has delivered talks at NASSCOM forums, various corporates, NUS School of Business-Singapore, American University–Cairo, Columbia University and Business Schools in India among others.
Mr. Mhatre, is an astute commercial leader with 2 decades of experience across OTC/FMHG industry & has to his credit some of the key Rx to OTC/DTC switches across various therapeutic areas. He currently heads the OTC new Business BU which has built a leadership position in the Restoration category (ORSL - Electrolytes) within a short span of 3 years. An extremely talented commercial leader, he understands the pulse of the changing market scenario and builds capability required to succeed consistently. Tanveer has more than 15 years of experience in diverse industries like media, entertainment, sports, lifestyle and fashion. He has worked with various reputed MNCs like Times Television Networks, IMG, LG Electronics and has represented senior sales and marketing positions. He specializes in media sales, content marketing and sponsorship management via different mediums. Currently, at Google, Tanveer is responsible for the management and expansion of partner ecosystem in India.

In his last assignment, he led the consumer healthcare business of Sun Pharma (erstwhile Ranbaxy Global Consumer Healthcare) leading the India business towards becoming one of the top 5 companies in this sector and developing the global business.
Amit Shukla has over 20 years of experience in building growth oriented businesses across developing and developed markets such as North America, Russia, Switzerland, Middle East and Singapore over last several years. He is currently based in India and focuses on maximizing GSK’s growth from emerging markets with both, internal and external possibilities. He has worked cross-functionally across supply chain, sales, marketing and most recently as General Manager in Turkey growing that business 5 fold in less than 4 years.
Brijesh Kapil, alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad, has more than three decades of experience in business, sales and marketing in OTC Pharma and FMCG in India and International markets. Before joining Merck, he was Vice President at Ranbaxy Global Consumer Healthcare, responsible for P & L operations in India as well as for business strategy and marketing strategy support for international markets. He has been awarded 'Outstanding Marketing Professional Award 2012' by Planman Consulting for taking Revital as No.1 brand in IPM. He has been instrumental in growing Merck India’s consumer health portfolio.
Anantha Nayak is a Chemical Engineer and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta. Prior to joining Cipla, he was with Procter & Gamble for over 16 years. He had launched Olay and Whisper Choice brands in India. In his last role in P&G, he was leading the Haircare (Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Rejoice etc.) category for developing markets of Asia Pacific. Under his leadership, Cipla Health has launched a portfolio of consumer healthcare products, including Nicotex which has become No.1 smoking cessation brand in India.
Venu Ambati joined Abbott India Ltd. as Managing Director & General Manager in September 2016. He holds an MBA degree from IIM, Ahmedabad and Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Bhopal. He has over 24 years of rich experience with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare in various leadership positions across the Indian sub-continent, Middle East, North Africa and Asia. With an extensive background in Consumer Goods and OTC products, he brings strong business acumen and the ability honed in both, developed and emerging markets.
Rohan Siroya is founder at Lifezen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. - an OTC healthcare start up based in Bangalore and Mumbai. Having done his schooling in Dubai, and graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, Rohan presents a global understanding of markets. In 2015, Rohan along with his uncle Shailesh Siroya, forged an association of Bal Pharma Ltd, Rohan’s family driven pharmaceutical company based in bangalore, and BCCL Springboard- the Venture capitalist arm of Times of India- creating his current company- Lifezen Healthcare. The company specialises in marketing OTC healthcare brands that are built on the base of consumer demand.
Kapil Kamboj heads the sales function at J&J Consumer India, a company he has worked at ever since he joined them as a Management trainee, after graduating from IIM Bangalore in 1999. In his current role, he is responsible for overall sales and customer development across India and South Asia markets. He is passionate about developing businesses and capabilities in emerging channels like e-commerce and specialty stores and was instrumental in the introduction of Babycenter.com, one of the leading global parenting websites. He also led the team that relaunched India’s No.1 Teen brand, Clean & Clear in 2008.
Anita Nayyar is a veteran of the Indian media industry. Her 30+ years in the industry have seen her manage a portfolio of brands across sectors. As CEO, she took on the mandate of expanding Havas Media Group’s footprint in the emerging South Asia markets in 2006. Under her leadership Havas Media Group in India has grown has grown 12 times in 10+ years. It has expanded its offerings as an integrated communications group for traditional, digital, mobile, performance marketing and out-of-home. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and has done her Post Graduation in Advertising and Marketing with a Masters in Management.
